Why is only the top light on while the other lights remain off?

If you have activated Reading Mode (where only the top light is on), you can turn the light off by long pressing the lighting button for 3 seconds. Press the lighting button again for 3 seconds to turn on all the lights.

Why does the floor lamp with shelves not illuminate or flicker?

Please ensure that you tighten each nut under the shelf. Loose nuts can lead to unstable current delivery, causing the lights not to illuminate.

Why can't my mobile app connect to the floor lamp with shelves?

Make sure your phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network (5G Wi-Fi is not compatible). Press and hold the lighting button and RGB button on the shelf 3 simultaneously for 3 seconds until the lights start flashing. Then open the Tuya app to connect.
